Terms and Conditions

  1. General
    • 1.1. These terms govern all transactions between Aquajar and its customers.
    • 1.2. By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
    • 1.3. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and such changes will apply to future transactions.
  2. Products
    • 2.1. We supply 20 litre water jars for commercial and residential use.
    • 2.2. The jars provided are refillable and remain the property of Aquajar unless otherwise agreed upon.
    • 2.3. All water is sourced and purified according to local regulatory standards to ensure safety and quality.
  3. Pricing
    • 3.1. The price for each 20 litre water jar is ₹30, which includes delivery (unless otherwise agreed).
    • 3.2. Prices may vary depending on order quantities, location, and additional services requested by the customer.
    • 3.3. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  4. Orders
    • 4.1. Orders can be placed via phone, email, or through a direct sales representative.
    • 4.2. The minimum order is 5 jars per day, and we can supply up to 40+ jars per day based on the customer's requirements.
    • 4.3. Orders should be placed at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed next-day delivery.
  5. Delivery
    • 5.1. We offer daily delivery services to as mentioned on home page .
    • 5.2. Deliveries will be made between [specify delivery hours]. The customer must ensure someone is available to receive the order.
    • 5.3. We will not be liable for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
    • 5.4. If the customer is unavailable to receive the jars at the agreed delivery time, a rescheduled delivery may incur additional charges.
  6. Payment Terms
    • 6.1. Payments can be made on delivery or on a monthly basis (for bulk and regular customers), based on prior agreement.
    • 6.2. We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or mobile payment services.
    • 6.3. Late payments will incur a penalty of [mention penalty] for each day overdue after the agreed payment period.
  7. Returns and Refunds
    • 7.1. Any defective or damaged water jars must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    • 7.2. Jars returned for inspection will be replaced with a new one at no additional cost if the defect is confirmed.
    • 7.3. Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued for unopened and unused jars and will be processed within 7 business days.
  8. Jar Handling and Storage
    • 8.1. Customers are responsible for the proper handling and storage of the water jars.
    • 8.2. Jars should be stored in a cool, shaded environment away from direct sunlight to maintain water quality.
    • 8.3. Customers should not tamper with the seals or reuse the jars for any other purpose than storing the water supplied by Aquajar.
  9. Ownership and Return of Jars
    • 9.1. The jars remain the property of Aquajar, unless purchased by the customer.
    • 9.2. Customers must return empty jars upon the next delivery, failing which they will be charged a Rs. 200 deposit per unreturned jar.
  10. Liability
    • 10.1. Aquajar guarantees the quality of the water delivered, but is not responsible for any contamination or damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
    • 10.2. In the event of a delivery error or damaged goods, our liability is limited to the replacement of the water jars or a refund equal to the price of the jars affected.
  11. Termination of Service
    • 11.1. Either party may terminate the service by providing a [insert notice period, e.g., 7 days] notice in writing or call.
    • 11.2. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately in case of any violation of these terms, including repeated late payments or misuse of the water jars.
  12. Dispute Resolution

    • 12.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to legal jurisdiction for resolution in accordance with the laws of West Bengal.
